In addition to technical solutions, we also provide a linked package that can attract viewers through live commerce specialized advertising agency service ‘Source Ad’ and professional production ‘Source Makers’. Large domestic brands such as Lotte Department Store, Samsung Electronics, and G Market have introduced and are using ‘Sourceplex’ and are expanding to small and medium-sized brands and global businesses.
Challenge
Sourceplex is a B2B SaaS solution that allows companies to install live commerce directly on their own malls. As a result, it was difficult to predict the traffic coming through each customer, and it was necessary to provide stable live commerce streaming even if traffic suddenly surged at the customer . After thinking about the most reliable way to achieve this, we decided to build a serverless architecture using fully managed cloud services.
Previously, domestic cloud platforms were mainly used for instances. However, since it does not provide a fully managed service, a new cloud platform was considered to build a serverless architecture.

Mobidu’s entire infrastructure has been transferred to AWS. Currently, all parts of SourceLive and SourcePlex are built on AWS serverless architecture utilizing AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, etc. Even if your user traffic suddenly increases, you don’t have to worry because it is fully managed by AWS. As a result, we were able to stably provide live commerce streaming with traffic of at least 500,000 to 1.2 million concurrent users, greatly increasing customer satisfaction.
As we built a completely serverless environment, team members’ satisfaction also increased. You can now focus on service development without worrying about traffic-related issues in cloud infrastructure management or applications. Another big advantage is that real-time, uninterrupted distribution is now possible.

Bespin Global responded quickly to any questions or necessary technical support throughout the entire process of building AWS serverless architecture. In fact, an unexpected issue occurred immediately after establishing the serverless architecture, and Bespin enabled us to immediately find the cause and quickly resolve it.
Additionally, in the process of migrating to AWS, resources within the existing cloud platform were sequentially organized, so there was a burdensome situation in the beginning as costs were high on both sides.
