Challenge

The Game Performance Server Team of Samsung Electronics’ Wireless Business Division had the following issues while operating server and container-based infrastructure in AWS infrastructure.

  • Delayed response time to infrastructure/application issues
  • It takes more than 1 hour to take action in case of failure due to manual response
  • Lack of performance testing makes it difficult to predict infrastructure when large-scale traffic occurs
  • Stable provision of large-scale traffic is required during the deployment process
