Company Overview
With the slogan of ‘Save Time’, TWC helps customers focus more on their main business rather than focusing on their own service operation operations. It is a company that provides an AI-based omni-channel customer response solution for outsourcing and response required for service operation.
Challenge
From the moment the solution was developed, we wanted to create a cloud-based SaaS service. The manpower and cost of directly purchasing and managing a server at a startup was not easy, and ultimately the goal was to increase efficiency by collecting customer response data. In particular, there was a need for voice recognition among data, so we tested all platforms that provide voice recognition APIs.
I decided to go to the cloud, but I had a lot of trouble deciding which platform to choose.
Solution
TWC has built a SaaS-based customer service solution stably on the public cloud and Google Cloud. Through the adoption of the cloud, we were able to build and operate infrastructure at a reasonable cost, and flexibly respond to variable client traffic.
Bespin Global helped TWC use the cloud like a cloud. Cloud and existing legacy infrastructure are completely different billing methods. It is known that the cloud is reasonable because it is a pay-as-you-go method, but on the other hand, it may hit a cost bomb due to excessive settings. In TWC, there was an issue where hundreds of instances were created and charged in just a few days. Through Bespin Global, we were able to quickly respond to issues with Google Cloud and solve them without any problems.
Since then, cloud monitoring methods have been trained to prevent recurrence, and the AlertNow (link) product is also used to quickly check issues in the infrastructure .
Benefit
With only 1-2 people, we have been able to provide stable enough service. It is also economical if you calculate the cost of purchasing, building, and managing servers for infrastructure construction. This is the best way to manage IT infrastructure for start-ups with limited people and money.
Next step
TWC will continue to leverage Google Cloud and expand its services. We are also considering building an enterprise private cloud for users with sensitive information and security.
