Shoplive is a tech startup that provides a SaaS platform for live commerce. It has various functions so that you can operate live commerce directly on your brand’s own online platform or mobile app. Major domestic customers include various enterprise and SMB companies such as Musinsa, Zigzag, Queenit, Handsome, and Kolon, and are rapidly growing by entering global markets such as East Asia and North and South America.
Challenge
As collaboration with global clients increased and the number of users coming from abroad increased, we felt the need to provide faster and more reliable streaming services, and began testing several CDN* solutions suitable for this.

In addition, when reviewing the cloud, there are cases where what was thought to be possible in terms of specifications is quite different in terms of service level or stability after actual introduction, but this has been regrettable and difficult. So, in the process of introducing this CDN solution, we tried to reduce trial and error as much as possible.
